  • When adding timestamps or long-term signatures to documents, it has been changed to use our provided timestamp service "Trustee."
  • When the OCR engine "DEEP READ" is specified for the OCR field, a message prompting the use of other OCR engines will now be displayed upon saving.
  • Tenants created after November 16, 2025, will no longer be able to specify "DEEP READ" as the OCR engine for OCR fields.
  • A Web API for extracting files attached to PDFs is now available.
  • The character limit for External Authentication Settings > User Filter, Group Filter, and Organization Filter has been changed from 4,096 characters to 65,536 characters.
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication can now be used for sending emails using Exchange Online.
